We recommend arranging your own transportation to and from Klive as local taxi services (including grab and gojek) are only allowed to drop-off guests in our area. If you do not have a transportation the only option available is the local taxi service (as per local regulations), Klive does not have any control over local transportation/taxi service.

To ensure a safe environment our security checks every bag at entry. Your cooperation is very much appreciated. Prohibited items will be held by our security and returned to you at exit.

We provide wifi free of charge to all our guests.

Due to the structure of Klive, our venue is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

No pets are allowed at Klive to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

We do have a swimming pool at Klive. Swimming pool access is reserved to guests with a bed booking.

We have lifeguards on duty at all time, lifeguards directions must be followed at all times. All beach activities are carried at your own risk.

We do not allow any outside food and beverage, this is to prevent possible poisoning from food or drinks not prepared at Klive.

All our water used for ice production and kitchen preparations (including vegetables and salads washing) is filtered through a reverse osmosis filter and safe to drink. We conduct periodical microbiological tests on our water with a government authorized lab to ensure the safety of our water.

As a tropical paradise, Bali is home to a variety of insects and wild animals. There isn’t a specific season for insects like mosquitoes and others—they are present on the island year-round. At Klive Beach Club, being a beachfront venue, insects are less common due to the breeze, but there may still be some flying around. We recommend using a good insect repellent.

Occasionally, other wild animals may appear at Klive. If you see monkeys or any other animals nearby, we kindly ask that you do not approach or feed them, as this could be dangerous for both you and other guests. Please inform our staff, and we will handle the situation. We do not harm any animals, but we have trained personnel to safely divert them to surrounding external areas.
