From December 24 to December 31, 2025, the seven-deck destination hosts Festive Season by the Sea, a week distinguished by refined dining, contemporary design, and the effortless cadence of coastal Bali.
Christmas by the Sea, Where Technique Meets Taste
The highlight of the week, Festive Dining Week, introduces a five-course seaside menu (IDR 888,000++ per person) built upon precision, provenance, and quiet sophistication. Each course is composed as a conversation between Italian culinary heritage and Bali’s coastal terroir, where technique is exacting yet never showy. The menu flows with intuitive harmony, balancing flavour, texture, and temperature in a progression that feels curated rather than constructed, refined in its restraint and confident in its craft.
Some hours unfold on their own. Sip & Slice is one of them. From the first clean line of daylight to the warm descent of the cliffside evening, Klive Beach Club presents an aperitivo experience that feels both composed and quietly indulgent, the kind of pairing that makes Uluwatu feel like it’s moving at the perfect speed.
Sip & Slice isn’t an activation, it’s a well-edited interlude by the sea. A deliberate slowing of the day, shaped by the coastline’s rhythm and elevated by the intelligence of good wine and thoughtful curation. Developed in collaboration with Ponte, Cousiño-Macul, and Mazaraat Cheese, the experience reflects Klive’s chef’s sensibility: measured, contemporary, and instinctively precise. It unites modern technique, Indonesia’s leading artisanal producers, and a wine selection chosen specifically for balance, freshness, and clarity, especially under Uluwatu’s shifting light.
The starting point is Klive’s Chef-Curated Platters, highlighting Mazaraat’s signature creations: Athan,
Bromo, Tomme de Merapi, and Ibra, cheeses shaped by volcanic terroir and meticulous craftsmanship.
Each board arrives with house-made jam, charcoal crackers, artisanal grissini, and fresh fruit. Minimal
embellishment, maximum intent.

To pair, the wine list is intentionally concise. Clean, fruit-forward profiles selected because they thrive in
coastal light and complement the natural character of Mazaraat’s cheeses. Choose from Ponte Bianco
Frizzante, Ponte Chardonnay, or Cousiño-Macul Gris Rosé, wines chosen for their clarity, freshness, and
ability to sit beautifully between late-afternoon ease and pre-sunset conversation.
